CORES HAVE BECOME A REAL PROBLEM IN THE PAST FEW YEARS. EVERYONE THINKS THAT A FEW CALIPERS THAT ARE OWED TO LONESTAR IS NO BIG DEAL BUT JUST IMAGINE IF ALL OF MY CUSTOMERS HAD 4 CALIPER CORES EACH THAT THEY DID NOT SHIP IN AND THAT ADDS UP REAL QUICK. AFTER LOTS OF THOUGHT AND MANY DISCUSSIONS WE ARE GOING TO BE FORCED TO UPHOLD ALL CUSTOMERS TO THE FOLLOWING CORE POLICY. I KNOW SOME OF YOU HAVE HEARD ME SAY THIS BEFORE BUT THIS TIME IT IS FOR REAL.  
 
CORES MUST EITHER BE IN YOUR CORE BANK OR THEY MUST BE SENT IN BEFORE AN ORDER CAN BE SHIPPED OR A CORE CHARGE WILL BE CHARGED AND THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.

CORE CHARGES WILL BE REFUNDED UPON RECEIPT OF REBUILDABLE CORE TO LONESTAR. LONESTAR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE IF A CORE IS REBUILDABLE. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FREIGHT OF CORES TO LONESTAR. LONESTAR CAN KEEP A RUNNING CORE BANK FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. CORES CAN BE BROUGHT TO ALL OF THE SHOWS THAT LONESTAR ATTENDS AND WE WILL BRING THEM BACK AND PUT THEM IN YOUR CORE BANK AT NO CHARGE TO YOU. EVEN IF YOU DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING YOU CAN BRING YOUR CORES TO US. THIS SAVES YOU FREIGHT AND WILL KEEP CORE CHARGES FROM RUNNING UP YOUR BILL.
